Whether it's recreating wedding invitations, combining multiple photos, or designing something completely unique, we iterate together until every detail is perfect. It's the difference between personalization and true co-creation.

If you ordered with our Collaborative Design Service, don't worry! We'll reach out to you (so make sure to check your spam) to discuss your engraving. You don't have to get all the details perfect right now because that's what we'll do before we engrave.

If we don't get it right, we'll always give you a refund before we engrave your product. Our Collaborative Design Service is COMPLETELY risk free.

I just received my order and I am more than delighted with the finished product. Mike and Talon responded to my emails very quickly with the many questions I had before I placed my order. There were a few things in my original picture that needed to be taken out and they were quick to send back drafts until I was completely satisfied.
