Life moves fast. Sometimes faster than our memory. When you need a meaningful, personalized wooden gift fast, our Last-Minute Priority Service transforms panic into the perfect present.

  • Day 0

    After your order's placed, Talon will reach out within 3 hours to confirm your order and ask for any additional details if you place your order before 11pm- otherwise, by 9am the next day. Mike will begin any necessary manufacturing work.

  • Day 1

    If you ordered with our Collaborative Design Service, Talon will have your initial draft ready and delivered to you (via email) for you to request changes within the day. If we do not accomplish a satisfactory design by 11pm we will refund your priority fee and continue the order as normal.

  • Days 2-4

    Your product will have been engraved, ready for the finishing process. For food-safe products, the finishing process is a lot faster and as such, food-safe products will be shipped out sooner.

  • Day 5

    We will have your product finished, packaged, and shipped out! After it is shipped, we cannot gaurantee a delivery date as it is out of our hands. We offer standard, expedited, and premium shipping services from Canada Post and Purolator at checkout.

TIMING

1. We MUST have the design ready by the end of Day 1

Finishing our products involves a time-sensitive process. This means that for Last-Minute Priority Service orders we must have your product engraved within the timeline so that we can have it ready for you when we say we can. If you ordered with our Collaborative Design Service and we don't get your design perfect by the end of Day 1, we will refund the priority fee and continue your order as normal.

SHIPPING SPEEDS

2. Shipping constraints are out of our hands

Unfortunately, we cannot gaurantee delivery by a certain date if you will be having your order shipped. What we do guarantee is that your product will be shipped out or ready for pickup on Day 5. That's another key point- we offer pickup at our home in Keswick, Ontario. That might be more convenient for you than shipping. For our address, see our contact page.

3. As a Father and Son Team, we do not work 24/7

Though we aspire to make it big, at the moment we only have two employees: Mike and Talon, father and son. We are simply unable to respond to your order at all times of the day and night, though we do our best to. We're working on growing out of this, your support helps! If you place your order after 11pm, we will not respond until 9am the next day.

MISTAKES

4. At certain quantities and times, we cannot fulfill Last-Minute Priority orders

For example, we won't be able to do a Last-Minute Priority order for 20 trays, but our ability to will vary by how busy we are and by our future growth. If we are unable to fulfill your request, for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to take a partial refund of the priority fee, then handle your order as normal, OR, cancel the order and give you a total refund. If you are interested in larger quantities of products, feel free to reach out to us any time. Also, we will do our best to disable the option to make Last-Minute Priority Service orders when we are at capacity.

ABILITY

5. Some of our products just can't be made in 5 days

Our Premium Artisan Products like cutting boards, lazy susans, and trays require an extensive glue-up process and often includes sourcing exotic hardwoods that we don't keep on hand. We do have some of these pre-made though, so contact us if you're in a rush.
